Communication, connection and the wisdom of the body

Welcome! I’m Kylie.

Are you struggling with anger, stress or anxiety? Feeling unhappy but not sure why or what to do about it? I can help.

When we connect to our dreams, our body wisdom and our authentic selves, we can transform unsupportive relational and behaviour patterns, make decisions that align with our values, and expand our capacity for love and joy.

I offer compassionate, confidential psychotherapy sessions, online and in-person, providing a space of warmth, safety and acceptance in which to gently explore challenging feelings, thoughts and experiences.

Within a process-oriented framework, I use a range of evidence-based, trauma-informed creative and somatic methods, teaching nervous system awareness and offering practical strategies for everyday life outside the therapy space.

I’m here for you.

My Approach

Trauma-informed

I prioritise your safety by recognising how your past experiences might still be influencing your nervous system and emotional responses. I teach nervous system awareness and offer practical regulation tools. I believe safe, nurturing relationships can support change.

Process-oriented

Also known as Processwork, this approach guides you to notice the flow of your inner sensory-grounded experience in the present moment, to become aware of and integrate marginalised aspects of yourself, and connect to your life force.

Somatic

I help you (re)connect mind and body by paying attention to physical sensations, which allows you to release stored tension and regulate your internal state. Embodied experiences can rewire neural pathways.

Creative

I invite imagination and expressive tools into our work to help you tap into deeper insights and communicate what words alone sometimes cannot. Every session is different and could involve drawing, movement, role-play or working with symbols.

Dreaming to heal

Dream exploration as a therapeutic tool

Your dreams are a powerful bridge to your waking life. I offer trauma-informed, experiential dream exploration sessions to help you gain clarity and break old patterns.

  • Gain Insights: Understand recurring conflicts and limiting beliefs.

  • Find Clarity: Resolve "strange" or disturbing dreams.

  • Practical Growth: Turn dream awareness into real-world change.

No "dream dictionaries" or interpretations - just a gentle exploration of your inner wisdom.
